• How do I send my logo or artwork?

  • What if it’s a large file? Email us and we will share a dropbox with you to upload the file(s) to.
  • How do I know my ad is correct?
    • You will receive an ad proof to sign off on each printing.
  • What happens if I see an error? You will need to have the error corrected prior to signing off on the proof otherwise we do not accept responsibility for any errors after signed proof.
  • If I have an error what’s the easiest way to have it fixed?

  • What is my deadline? Your deadline will be provided by your sales representative, you can also email us at gatormapads@gmail.com to find out.
  • What if I want to upgrade the size of my ad? You will need to pay the additional cost and we will make changes to the artwork free of charge.
  • How many changes can I make to my ad? As many as you would like!
  • Where do the maps get distributed? Each area is specific and can provide those details by emailing us at gatormapads@gmail.com.
  • If I didn’t get the response I hoped for what do I do? Print advertising along with digital is the key to marketing. Sometimes people do not visit your place of business right away and it’s hard to track when they saw the publication because they tend to hold onto it for down the road as well. The key with marketing is to keep being consistent and getting your business information out there!
